Shopping Basics
Our warehouse is located in Melaka. We ship out all orders directly from our warehouse to your doorstep.
No, sorry, we do not ship to international destinations.
Yes, our listing products are all ready stock. Every order take up to 24 hours to be processed and to be fulfilled. (Except Public Holiday & Weekends)
West Malaysia orders should arrive within 2-4 business days after fulfillments. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will help you to track your order.
*Due to the COVID-19 situation, the delivery of orders may take longer than usual.
Orders
n the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped.
*Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. In case we cannot change the address anymore, usually because the package has already been shipped.

Warranty
Our warranty is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. If you purchased VitaLife Care Plan the warranty is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Products warranty terms & conditions applied.
Online Warranty Registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase with actual purchase date from the original purchase invoice.
