Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require an order ID or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation

Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] 

The exchanges/refunds are only available for those order which are still within their warranty period.

While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only. 

If you are requesting for a replacement or refund, you must ensure that you:

  • – Have taken reasonable care of the goods
  • – Have not damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
  • – Are able to prove that you purchased the goods from us or one of our authorised retailers

 

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a product cannot be replaced, we will offer you a refund or another colour instead. 

Returns/exchanges may take up to 7-14 business days.

Basic Warranty

1. We will exchange a new unit if the item is found defective within 1 week
2. Warranty does not cover mishandling, for example, wear and tear condition or water goes in blender motor.
3. We check all items before ship out. Blender is bubble wrap to prevent damage during delivery. Please contact us in case the item is broken/damaged during delivery.


Our products come with a 180-day warranty against product defects or malfunctions. Note that Vitamer Malaysia only warrants defects or malfunctions to motors and electrical part only.
